Reviewers Comments: These guys just stink! We signed up knowing we might move soon and discussed that with the rep who promised there was no cost to move service. It took them a full month to finally get the service turned on and then it was so slow and unreliable that we wound up agreeing to pay an extra $10 per month just to try to get ANYTHING to work. We still don't have the increased speed we requested, have only had service for a month but found out that we are moving. When we called to transfer service to the new address, they asked for a $3,600 early cancelation fee! WHAT?! We weren't even cancelling, we're moving! Right now, it is looking like this is going to have to go to court because they are totally unreasonable (if you can ever even get someone on the phone...but that's a whole different story). They've never provided the service we were promised. there's no way the contract will hold up. Whatever you do, do not sign up for service with this company!
