Reviewers Comments: I do not recommend using Telepacific as their customer service is absolutely unacceptable. Once you sign up with them, good luck with resolving any issues. I have written several letters that have been completely ignored. I have spent numerous hours on the phone and have explained my situation to several people and no one has ever been able to resolve my issues. Their customer service is the worst I have seen from any service or professional organization.
