Reviewers Comments: Migration is two months past we still have one non-functioning number. The DIDs are not correctly identified. Constant requests for service are politely answered, but the ticket is closed the next day unresolved. Now they want me to pay for engineering time to correct the items. Do not use these people, they are really really bad. Three months before migration they did a typo on one of the numbers, I corrected the item five times over the next several months. At migration they finally said "Gee this is not your number, now we have to return it to the owner and it is your fault" Unbelievable--The list goes on and on.
